Notes: We wanted to create a white wine, decadent enough to enjoy with the finest foods. So we made an extremely small batch of Napa Valley Chardonnay to bring to dinner. It's mid-weight mouthfeel, and round texture is sure to enhance your next meal. On the nose, you'll find white peach, jasmine and apple sauce. As you dive in, your pallet will be greeted by notes of crisp melon, lavender, and baking spice. Pair it with Lobster, salmon , and even fried chicken!
