Notes: Every wine portfolio needs a porch pounder. So we made an extremely small batch of Sauvignon Blanc to serve as ours. Its a classic, high acid, crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, with lots of tropical notes. Including Guava, pineapple and honeysuckle. A clean, dry finish makes this the perfect warm weather wine. Pair it with most seafood, including shrimp, oysters and even sushi!
